Diane & Zack’s Austin Wedding
Diane and Zack first met in Barcelona before later making their home in Austin, Texas. Their two-day wedding celebration began at the house Zack designed with Gaudí’s work in mind, a personal setting whose timber structure and colourful details gave the story a distinctive sense of place.
Before the wedding, Zack’s stag gathering became an informal science night, with friends taking turns to share short presentations. I photographed this relaxed evening at the house, alongside Diane’s preparations the following day, allowing time for candid moments before the ceremony.
The ceremony and post-wedding celebrations took place in a local Austin park, moving from the signing and outdoor reception into a lively evening party. We finished with drinks at the W Hotel in central Austin, extending the story beyond the formal wedding and into the city at night.
